Filter Aid Perlite (Perfil P0, P1, P2)

Lightweight and unique porous structure of filter perlite provides optimal flow rate and clarity in many different application areas.  Perlite does not spoil the taste, color and smell of filtered liquids and not truly melt as minerals and organic acids under any temperatures.

Perlite filter aids reduce the operating costs to a significant extent and offer the benefit of increased intensity by 20-50%. Experiences from different applications in any industrial areas show that those who prefer perlite filter aids reduce their filtration costs significantly.

Perlite filter aids can only be used to replace the available filter aids with the pressure and vacuum filtration equipment.  The filtration studies conducted at the facilities or laboratories will ensure selection of the most suitable filter aid and determination of the required dosage.

As they remain porous and do not become tight, the perlite filter aids ensure easy discharge of pulps after the completion of the filtration process. This will not only make filter stay clean but also reduce dependency on manpower, increasing productivity.

INERT-CODEX CERTIFIED

Perlite filter aids is commonly used for filtering liquids in beverage, food and pharmaceutical science industries.  They do not spoil the taste, color or smell and are listed in the U.S. Food Chemicals Codex issued by the National Science Academy. This publication is officially acknowledged by FDA as an information source about the quality and purity of food ingredients and adopted by the relevant authorities in many countries across the world.
