Perlite Ore
Genper operates the AVDAN quarry since its establishment to today, despite many other licensed perlite sites in different regions, and provides the entire local and international raw perlite exports from this perlite site.
The perlite ore extracted by heavy construction equipment is transferred to the production facility at the Kütahya organized Industrial Zone by trucks. Products are crushed &screened and classified in various grades initially and then the quality control stages is completed before packaging and transferring the finished products for various purposes. Our perlite ore products are mainly used by expanded perlite factories to be processed as raw material and expanded perlite products are used in several sectors directly.
Our company has the capacity and capability to produce raw perlite of any scale in line with customer demands. Breaking & sieving plant has an annual production capacity of around 300.000 tons.
