Tank Projects (Cryogenic Insulation Projects)

With 12 mobile expansion furnaces owned, Genper have successfully delivered more than 85 local and international tanks and Cold Box projects since 1990. Mobile facilities are installed at the project site to produce required perlite on site and the system is directly filled with cryogenic perlite through a vacuum system.   This method prevents humidity and dehumidification risk that may occur during the transport of perlite, and, in manual fillings, icing due to tiny spaces that may form between the perlite filled into the tank walls is avoided.
